GroomPin Terms of Use

Effective date: October 9, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and LABSCIENCELOGISTICS LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("GroomPin", "we", "us") for using the GroomPin app, booking pages and website (together, "GroomPin"). By creating an account or using GroomPin, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use GroomPin.

1. What GroomPin is

GroomPin is scheduling software for mobile pet groomers. It helps groomers:

• manage appointments, clients and services
• offer booking times that take driving into account
• share their schedule with their team
• let customers book online
• email customers about their appointments

GroomPin is a tool. We are not a grooming business. We don't provide grooming services and aren't part of any agreement between a groomer and their customers.

2. Who can use GroomPin

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract.
• If you use GroomPin for a business, you confirm that you're allowed to accept these terms for that business.
• The owner is the person who creates a business in GroomPin. The owner is responsible for the business account, its team members, and its subscription.

3. Your account

• Keep your login details safe. You're responsible for activity under your account.
• Tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your account.
• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Teams

• Owners can invite team members at no extra cost, and remove them at any time.
• Team members can see and change the business's schedule, clients and settings, except for owner-only settings.
• The owner is responsible for who they invite and for what their team does in GroomPin.

5. Free trial and subscriptions

• Free trial: new businesses get a 30-day free trial with every feature and no payment details required. We'll remind you in the app before it ends. When it ends, the app locks until you choose a plan. Your information is kept, not deleted.
• Plans:
  • Scheduler, $19.99/month: for groomers who book clients themselves and add each booking to GroomPin. It does not include online booking for customers: no GroomPin booking page or link, and no GroomPin booking form for your own website.
  • All-in-One, $34.99/month: everything in Scheduler, plus online booking for customers: a ready-made booking page and link, and the GroomPin booking form for your own website.
  • Prices may vary by country and include any applicable taxes where shown.
• Two ways to pay. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
  • In the Android app, through Google Play. Google Play bills you. Cancel in the Google Play Store. Google Play's terms apply to these payments, and refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policies.
  • On our website (groompin.app), by card. Payments are processed by Stripe through our billing partner RevenueCat. Cancel any time in GroomPin under Settings → Plan → Manage billing. You keep your plan until the end of the month you've paid for.
• Refunds for website payments: payments aren't refundable for partly used months, except where the law requires. If you think you were charged by mistake, email [email protected] and we'll look into it.
• Changing plans:
  • Google Play: an upgrade from Scheduler to All-in-One starts straight away, and you pay only the prorated difference for the rest of your current billing month. A downgrade takes effect at your next renewal.
  • Website: cancel your current plan in Manage billing, then choose the new plan.
  • A plan is changed where it was bought: a Google Play plan in the Android app, a website plan on groompin.app.
• Price changes: we'll give you notice of price changes as Google Play, our payment providers and the law require. You can cancel before a new price applies.
• Add-ons: optional paid add-ons may be offered separately, and will say what they cost before you buy.

6. Your content and your clients' information

• "Your content" means the information you or your customers put into GroomPin: clients, pets, care notes, photos, appointments, services and settings. It belongs to you.
• You give us permission to store, process and display your content only as needed to provide and improve GroomPin, and as described in the Privacy Policy.
• For your clients' information, you are responsible for:
  • having the right to collect and use it, and telling your clients how you use it (for example, with your own privacy notice)
  • following the privacy and consumer laws that apply to your business
  • responding to your clients' requests about their information. We'll help where we can.
• Don't upload anything unlawful, or anything you don't have the right to share.

7. Bookings, prices and drive times

• You set your services, prices, hours and rules, and you're responsible for honoring, cancelling or changing bookings with your customers.
• Drive times and suggested times are estimates. They're based on map locations and typical driving speeds, with extra time added automatically during typical weekday rush hours. They don't use live traffic. GroomPin can't guarantee arrival times, and isn't responsible for lateness, missed appointments, or lost business.
• Address lookups use third-party map data and can occasionally be wrong. Check unusual results.
• Customers who book through a booking page make their arrangement with the groomer, not with GroomPin.
• Appointment emails. GroomPin emails your customers about their appointments on your behalf: confirmations for online bookings, reminders the evening before (you can turn these off in Settings), and "on my way", "ready" and cancellation messages when you choose to send them. Only add a customer's email address if you have their permission to email them about their appointments. Reminder times and arrival estimates are approximate, and emails can be delayed or land in spam, so GroomPin isn't responsible for a customer missing a message.

8. Acceptable use

Don't:

• break the law, or use GroomPin to harass, deceive or spam anyone
• try to get into accounts or data that aren't yours, or get around GroomPin's security or usage limits
• copy, resell, reverse-engineer or overload GroomPin, or use automated tools to scrape it
• use GroomPin to make a competing product

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules or put GroomPin or others at risk.

9. Our software

• GroomPin, including the app, design, name and logo, belongs to us and is protected by law.
• We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use it under these terms.
• Feedback you send us (for example, through "Rate us") may be used to improve GroomPin, without any obligation to you.

10. Changes and availability

• We're always improving GroomPin and may add, change or remove features.
• Changes usually reach the website (groompin.app) first and the Android app 24 to 72 hours later, after Google Play reviews the update. For a short time the website and the app may work a little differently.
• We aim to keep GroomPin running reliably, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance.
• If we make a change that significantly reduces a paid feature, we'll tell you in advance.

11. Ending your use

• You can stop using GroomPin at any time. Cancel your subscription where you bought it (the Google Play Store, or Manage billing on our website), and delete your account in the app (Settings → Delete my account).
• Deleting an owner's account permanently deletes the business and all its information (see the Privacy Policy).
• We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if we stop offering GroomPin. If we stop offering GroomPin, we'll give reasonable notice where we can so you can save your information.

12. Disclaimers

GroomPin is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We don't promise GroomPin will be error-free or uninterrupted.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

• We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business.
• Our total liability for any claim relating to GroomPin is limited to the amount you paid us for GroomPin in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you haven't paid anything.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer in the UK or Canada, where they apply.

14. Indemnity

If someone brings a claim against us because of your content, your business, or your breach of these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim, as the law allows.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida. If you're a consumer in the UK or Canada, you also keep the protection of your local laws and courts.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version at groompin.app/terms and update the effective date. If the changes are significant, we'll tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use GroomPin after that means you accept the new terms.
